Mayika Naturals collects only the personal data needed to operate the website, create and secure accounts, process orders, deliver products, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the customer experience.

- Support data such as messages, refund requests, delivery issues, attachments, and contact history.
- Website analytics, when enabled, may include page views, clicks, scroll depth, session duration, checkout funnel events, anonymous browser ID, device/browser information, and coarse technical diagnostics. Current production behavior must match the final approved analytics configuration.

Retention and rights
Order, invoice, payment, and tax records may be retained as required by law. OTPs and reset tokens are short-lived. Analytics data is retained only as long as useful for product improvement and security. Eligibility and account security
You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by a platform security issue under Mayika Naturals' control. Guest checkout may be used without account registration.
Product information
We try to keep product descriptions, pricing, images, availability, and shipping information accurate. Minor variations in packaging, label appearance, color, or imagery may occur. HappyHer is an aroma ritual product, not a medicine.
Orders, pricing, and payment
Orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, payment authorization, fraud checks, and delivery serviceability. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed through Razorpay; Mayika Naturals does not store card numbers, UPI PINs, CVVs, or net-banking credentials.
Customer conduct
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, interfere with payment or security flows, copy content without permission, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mayika Naturals is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from website use, delayed delivery, third-party service issues, or product misuse. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Customer concerns and disputes should first be raised through the support and grievance contact details on this page so Mayika Naturals can review and respond.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
How delivery works
HappyHer currently supports delivery within India unless the checkout page states otherwise. Shipping is free for launch orders unless a delivery charge is shown before payment.
- Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after successful payment confirmation.
- Estimated delivery after dispatch is usually 3-7 business days, depending on courier serviceability and destination. Interior or difficult-serviceability locations may take 10-12 working days.
- Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays.
- Delivery timelines can be affected by holidays, weather, courier delays, address issues, local restrictions, or events outside our control.
- If an address or phone number is incorrect, delivery may fail or be delayed. Extra shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Tracking details will be shared by email or another available customer contact method once the courier partner provides them.
Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
When orders can be cancelled, returned, or refunded
Cancellations
You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once dispatched, the order moves to the return/replacement process if eligible.
Returns and replacements
Because HappyHer is a personal-care aroma product, it is non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons unless the product is damaged, defective, different from the description, or the wrong item is delivered. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details, clear photos, and unboxing evidence where possible.
Refunds
Approved refunds are usually processed to the original payment method. Bank/payment-provider timelines may take 5-10 business days after refund initiation. Shipping charges, if any, may be non-refundable unless the return is due to Mayika Naturals' error.
Non-eligible cases
- Opened, used, tampered, or damaged products not caused by transit or Mayika Naturals.
- Requests made after the stated reporting window without a reasonable cause.
- Incorrect address, failed delivery due to customer unavailability, or refused delivery without prior approval.
- Aroma preference differences, because individual scent experience varies from person to person.

- Individual aroma experience varies. Testimonials describe personal experience and are not guaranteed results.
- Use externally as directed. Do not ingest. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes, wounds, irritated skin, and sensitive areas.
- Patch test before regular use. Stop using the product if irritation, discomfort, allergy, headache, nausea, or sensitivity occurs.
- Keep away from children and pets. If pregnant, nursing, under medical treatment, allergy-prone, or sensitive to essential oils/fragrance, consult a qualified professional before use.
- Do not use HappyHer as a substitute for medical advice, mental health care, prescribed treatment, or emergency support.
